How does selegiline make you feel?
SIDE EFFECTS: Dizziness, abdominal pain, dry mouth, nausea, stomach upset, trouble sleeping, and headache may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly. If you are also taking levodopa, you may experience more side effects from the levodopa when taking selegiline.
Can I stop giving my dog selegiline?
The most common side effects are mild gastrointestinal upset, including nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and diarrhea. If these persist, your veterinarian may recommend stopping the selegiline for a few days and then re-starting at a lower dose.
Can you take selegiline at night?
It is best to take the capsules or tablets in the morning during breakfast and lunch. You should not use it with dinner because you may have trouble sleeping. If you are using the disintegrating tablet, make sure your hands are dry before you handle the tablet.
