The restaurant itself is a bit above “casual” and if you want an appropriate experience a more business attire look (slacks, sports/dress shirt, or female equivalent) is more suitable for the ambience of the restaurant. I did not see women in shorts, but nice jeans ,skirts, slacks etc.
